Welcome to Majestik! Allow us to introduce ourselves and what inspired the vision for our salon/barbershop. Mo worked in barbershops and Sheena worked in salons/spas prior to opening Majestik. We both watched as clients were disrespected by other employees or owners on a daily basis and saw the way things were being handled that they just did not agree with. So they came together to create an environment that was warm and welcoming for everyone.
At Majestik the main concept is to “greet the janitor with same respect as the CEO”. No matter someones’ stature in this world they all deserve to be pampered and leave our salon/barbershop feeling as though they received a service fit for a king (hence the name Majestik). This is why we offer beverages and snacks and constantly ensure that our guests feel welcome and loved. You never know what someone is going through in life and we have the power of human touch to help raise those oxytocin levels and help our guests feel better. Our job is so much more than making people look good we also want them to feel good!

Our Stylists
Every team member joined the industry with the passion to make others look and feel great. Our main goal is to make you feel welcome and comfortable in any team member’s chair. We work collaboratively when needed as we all have different skills we specialize in so don’t be surprised if more than one stylist is a part of achieving your look.
Sheena
Started in the industry in 2010. Passionate about truly listening and achieving the goals that make her clients look and feel confident. Although she loves performing all services she specializes in blonding services and is always excited to do a chunky Y2K highlight.
Mo
He began barbering in 2018 and strives to make every client feel like they are worth a million bucks. Specializing in men’s precision cuts and fades his service is much more than just a haircut so come prepared to be pampered with hot towels and more.
Samantha
Started her hairdressing journey in 2022 with a drive to help others embrace their natural curl. She loves performing curly haircuts and helping her clients achieve the curly styles they dream of. Fun and vibrant colors are also services she enjoys but seeing every client leave feeling beautiful and confident is truly the biggest reward.
Common Questions
A full highlight is streaks all throughout the entire head and a partial highlight starts from the crown of the head up and the sides at the front of the head above the ears.
Our barber only does a full service which includes men’s fades, taper fades etc. whereas our men’s cuts are only classic men’s cuts performed by our stylists who cannot perform any type of skin fade.
A trim and a haircut are the same price as the process is still the same. We do not charge for the amount of hair taken off.
No we do not charge for any service prior to your appt but we do have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy 50% of your service will be charged 15 minutes past your appointment time. Please be courteous and give us a 24 hour notice as other clients are generally waiting for spots to open.
We are always more than happy to take walk-ins whenever the schedule will allow, however to ensure we have time, calling ahead is always best.
Depending on what and how many services you are trying to book the booking site may not find a spot to fit longer appointment times. Add yourself to the wait list and we can find a place to fit you in or let you know if there is a cancellation. Including a note will help us better assist you as well.
Yes we are a family friendly salon and we provide services for all ages.
Unfortunately we do not have a braider at this time. We can however do one or two basic French or Dutch braids but no other types of braids or natural styles.
We apologize for the inconvenience but our building is not handicap accessible as we are on the second floor with no elevator.
